Under federal law, active-duty military personnel and their dependents may be restricted from entering into certain high-cost title pawn or other consumer credit transactions in Georgia. This restriction is enforced under the Military Lending Act (MLA). If Military Lending Act restrictions apply, we will not proceed with a prohibited transaction.
